Error description

  • The com.ibm.dba.ums.jaaslogin.jar installed with BAW is not
fully compatible with Websphere Full Profile.

The following error message can be found in the server log
files:
WSVR0501E: Error creating component null [class
com.ibm.ws.runtime.component.ApplicationServerImpl]
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com.ibm.websphere.security.openidconnect.token.IdToken"

Problem summary


    

  • When installing BAW on Websphere Full Profile (non-Liberty), an
older version of com.ibm.dba.ums.jaaslogin.jar is installed. The
 problem does not occur with Websphere Liberty. This older
version is not fully compatible with Websphere Full Profile.
